What does it mean for a school to truly flourish?
Across the world, schools are exploring questions of wellbeing, belonging, sustainability, values, creativity, student agency, teacher flourishing, meaning and purpose, and our relationship with the natural world.
The Learning Lab Community offers a simple way for schools and educators to become part of these wider conversations. There is no programme to implement and no particular model of a “flourishing school” to follow. Instead, we create opportunities to come together around questions that matter — encountering new ideas and research, hearing from different educational communities, and sharing what we are noticing in our own contexts.

Join as much or as little as is useful. There is no expectation to attend everything or undertake additional work.
